What is ARTA?
Republic Act 11032 of 2018.
An Act promoting Ease of Doing Business (EODB) and Efficient Delivery of Government Services (EDGS), amending for the purpose RA 9485, otherwise known as ARTA 2007.
It aims to improve the efficiency in the delivery of government service to the public by reducing bureaucratic red tape, preventing graft and corruption, and provide penalties.

Offices must devise appropriate working schedules to attend to and serve clients who are within their premises before the end of official working hours and even during lunch break and after regular hours.
