Vision and mission
The Municipal Government of Baler publishes its Citizen's Charter 2023 (1st Edition) to inform the public about its services, standards, and procedures in compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Act.
Vision
We envision Baler as a haven for sustainable eco-tourism with socially healthy, disaster resilient and climate change adaptive community inhabited and governed by God-centered people.
Mission
The local government unit of Baler as a center for excellence shall adopt a development agenda that is inclusive, participative, socially and ecologically balanced. It shall continue to achieve a lasting and beneficial change towards the general welfare of the people.
