Apply online in 3 easy steps:
Step 01 - Register and apply at website: Go to ebpls.baler.gov.ph and choose Business Permit. Register with your Google email and fill in all details.
Step 02 - Pay via Landbank LinkBiz Portal: Pay via Landbank LinkBiz using your ATM debit card, other merchant or GCash and PayMaya.
Step 03 - Download and print your permit: Print your permit and other regulatory clearance at the website or download in your email.
