About the program

A program anchored on the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2017-2022 Chapter 5, which aims to enhance the support and technical services within the legislative branch. It seeks to bolster leadership and management skills among three distinct groups in Congress: Emerging Leaders, Middle Managers, and Senior Leaders.
