Province and schools recognized
The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) and eight schools in the province earned recognition for promoting healthier communities and advancing health-conscious practices for students' welfare.
PGOM received the 'Healthy Community' award for its commitment to strengthen health initiatives through collaborative efforts and community engagement, highlighting the health and wellness programs pursued under the leadership of Governor Humerlito "Bonz" A. Dolor for Mindoreños.
Provincial Health Officer (PHO) II Dr. Cielo Angela A. Ante personally received the award on behalf of PGOM.
Moreover, eight schools in Oriental Mindoro were recognized for their contributions in building healthier learning environments.
