Alert status para sa Undas 2026
Bilang paghahanda ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Oriental Mindoro sa nalalapit na Undas 2026, itataas sa BLUE Alert Status ang Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Emergency Operations Center (PDRRMEOC) simula 7:00 PM ng ika-30 ng Oktubre, hanggang 7:00 PM ng ika-3 ng Nobyembre.
Ito ay upang mapaigting ang monitoring ng mga kinauukulang ahensya ng pamahalaan sa inaasahang pagdami ng mga pasahero at bisita sa lalawigan ngayong Undas.
Inaatasan naman ni Gobernador Dolor bilang Chairperson ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC), ang mga miyembro nito at mga LDRRMOs na magsumite ng kanilang mga planong paghahanda ngayong Undas 2026 sa bisa ng Memorandum No. 009, series of 2026.

Subject: Heightened monitoring and raising of the Provincial DRRM Operations Center alert status from White to Blue for the observance of Undas 2026
Date: 22 October 2026
In anticipation of the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day (Undas 2026), a significant increase in the movement of people and volume of travelers is expected within the Province of Oriental Mindoro. Local and foreign tourists are likewise expected to visit key tourist destinations across the province, which may lead to port congestion and heightened public activity in various areas.
In view of this, heightened monitoring shall be implemented at the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Emergency Operations Center (PDRRMEOC) for UNDAS 2026. Accordingly, the alert status of the PDRRMEOC is hereby raised from WHITE to BLUE, effective 7:00 PM of 30 October 2026 until 7:00 PM of 3 November 2026.
Thereafter, the alert status shall automatically revert to WHITE ALERT STATUS after 7:00 PM of 3 November 2026, unless otherwise advised.
All concerned PDRRMC member agencies and Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers (LDRRMOs) are hereby directed to submit their respective preparedness measures/implementation plans for UNDAS 2026 on or before 3:00 PM of 27 October 2026.
All concerned agencies are likewise reminded to continue regular monitoring and to provide timely situation updates to the PDRRMEOC through email at: opswarningdivpdrrmo@gmail.com.
