Fresh Water Hatchery Center featured on RAJOE Serbisyo Live
October 12, 2026 — The programs and services of the Fresh Water Hatchery Center of the Local Government of Panabo, through the City Agriculture Office (CAGRO), under the leadership of City Agriculturist Dr. Samuel N. Anay, were discussed during RAJOE Serbisyo Live.

Fingerling prices
The facility is open to those who wish to purchase tilapia and catfish fingerlings.
Free fingerlings and community service
Aside from selling fingerlings, CAGRO also implements BASIL and Community Service programs, which include the distribution of free fingerlings, outreach activities, and guidance on proper fish care.
