Kung nais dumalo sa public hearing, maaaring mag pre-register.
Poster shows Quezon City seal, heading 'Public Service Announcement', same invitation text and district schedule as above, a QR code for pre-registration, date badge 'October 19, 2026', and 'Follow us @QCGOV'.
