• DILG 10 strengthens legal capacities, holds interface with regional lawyers, JDs · News & Events | October 1, 2026, El Salvador City — The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 10 convened its lawyers and Juris Doctors on October 1, 2026, at Hotel Monicon, El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental, to strengthen legal capacities and coordination across regional and field offices. The interface provided a venue to discuss legal concerns affecting regional and field operations. Relevant legal opinions were presented.

Regional Director Bruce A. Colao, CESO V, emphasized that infrastructure governance goes beyond the completion of roads.
