Ceremonial signing of the MOA
DILG Region V successfully held the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Agreement for the Local Infrastructure Learning Hub (LILHUB) on October 6, 2026 at the Vela Hotel, Legazpi City.
The program commenced with an inspiring welcome message from the DILG V Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO III, followed by an insightful overview of the Infra Audit Presentation by Engr. Armando T. Tanael Jr. Afterwards, PDMU Chief Rico E. Gaurino then led the walkthrough of the reviewed MOA.
The event grew even more meaningful with messages of support delivered by our esteemed partner agencies and academic institutions, leading right into the much-anticipated Ceremonial Signing of the MOA. To cap off a successful event, DILG V Assistant Regional Director Atty. Ian Kenneth B. Lucero, CESO IV, delivered the closing remarks.
