Coordinate with the Public Information Office regarding LED billboard advertisement schedule, duration, and technical specifications
Office action: 1.1 Check if digital layout and content meet the technical specs and guidelines for the LED. 1.2 Provide application form and explain technical specifications and posting guidelines.

Proceed to the City Treasurer's Office and pay the applicable advertising fee, if required

Submit proof of payment, if applicable, or coordinate with the Public Information Office regarding approved posting schedule
