The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) invites startups, innovators, enablers, industry stakeholders, and other interested members of the public to submit their comments, suggestions, questions, and other valuable inputs regarding the revised draft DICT Startup Grant Fund (SGF) Circular.
The revised Circular seeks to further strengthen the implementation of the DICT Startup Grant Fund and ensure that the program remains responsive to the needs of Filipino startups and innovators.

Follow these steps to take part in the consultation:

Send comments, suggestions, questions, and other inputs to startupgrant@dict.gov.ph not later than 26 August 2026. Use subject line: [Revised SGF Circular Inputs] - [Name of Organization]
Deadline: 26 August 2026 - 03Join the online public consultation
DICT will hold an online public consultation on 2 September 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. To join, send an email to startupgrant@dict.gov.ph on or before 26 August 2026.
