Pasig inks pact for startup mentorship, tech incubators

Pasig City partnered with DOST-NCR, SCALE NCR, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) to strengthen its local startup ecosystem through mentorship, technology incubation, research support, and access to innovation networks.

The partnership will connect local innovators with technology business incubators (TBIs), business coaching, laboratory and research facilities, while supporting the city in identifying innovation gaps and developing data-driven entrepreneurship policies.

The initiative seeks to improve coordination among the LGU, academe, government, and startup ecosystem organizations to provide emerging ventures with a more structured pathway from early-stage development toward growth and commercialization.
