Take the FEATI College Admission Test (FCAT fee - PhP 300.00).

• Photocopy of NSO birth certificate (3 pieces)
• High School Card (Form 138)*
• Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the High School Principal or Guidance Counselor*

In cases of lost Form 138, submit instead:

• Affidavit of Loss duly signed by a notary public*
• Certificate of Graduation from his/her high school*
• Copy of High School Transcript of Records (Form 137)*

For bridging programs of Marine Engineering, student applicants are required to submit 3 copies of their college Diploma.

• Permit to Cross-enroll issued by the college/university where the student is currently enrolled*

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age from the date of application. Applicants below eighteen (18) may be admitted if, and only if, he/she has presented proof that he/she has completed and graduated from his/her secondary education.
