About this event
The National Innovation Council (NIC), chaired by the President of the Philippines, is the country's highest policymaking body for innovation. In line with its mandate to promote inclusive innovation, Executive Order (EO) No. 99 (s. 2025) established the Presidential Filipinnovation Awards (PFA) as an annual recognition program that honors individuals and enterprises with innovative products, services, technologies, and solutions that have demonstrated significant potential for commercialization and societal impact.
As the country's highest recognition for innovation, the PFA serves as a platform to showcase Filipino ingenuity, promote innovation-driven entrepreneurship, and support the transition of promising innovations from development to sustainable market diffusion.
During the awarding ceremony, the National Innovation Council, through the discretion of the National Board of Judges, will announce the five Filipinnovators to receive the Presidential Filipinnovation Award.
