The FEATI Senior High School program exceeds the standards required by DepEd. The facilities are the same as that used by students in FEATI University. It may be noted that most of the University's degree programs are compliant to the qualification criteria of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Council of Accreditation (PACUCOA). The instruction staff are composed of college professors, many of whom are also experienced in handling high school courses in the role of head teachers. Mentoring or remedial classes are held to help students who have difficulty in their academics.

Students entering FEATI Senior High School are taught with and given the modern tools and knowledge to equip and prepare them for college. Classes are conducted making use of digital technology in communicating lessons, projects and in class presentations. Instructors and students interact primarily through the school's information system called FEATI.eGroupware.

Ang mga larangan ng Sining, Negosyo, Teknolohiya at Engineering ay palaging nangunguna sa mga programang akademiko ng FEATI University. Sa loob ng mahigit 7 dekada, patuloy na itinaas ng Unibersidad ang antas ng kahusayan kung saan ang mga graduate nito ay regular na nangunguna sa mga board exam at kinikilala bilang mga pinahahalagahang propesyonal, na kalaunan ay nagiging mga pinuno ng mga industriya dito at sa ibang bansa. Ang kulturang ito ng kahusayan ay higit pang pinalalakas tungo sa mas mataas na tagumpay sa pamamagitan ng programang FEATI Senior High School.

Ang programang FEATI Senior High School ay higit pa sa mga pamantayang hinihingi ng DepEd. Ang mga pasilidad ay kapareho ng ginagamit ng mga estudyante sa FEATI University. Dapat tandaan na karamihan sa mga degree program ng Unibersidad ay sumusunod sa mga pamantayan ng kwalipikasyon ng Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Council of Accreditation (PACUCOA). Ang mga guro ay binubuo ng mga propesor sa kolehiyo, na marami sa kanila ay may karanasan din sa pagtuturo ng mga kurso sa high school bilang mga head teacher. Nagsasagawa ng mentoring o mga remedial class upang tulungan ang mga estudyanteng nahihirapan sa kanilang pag-aaral.
