Enrollment procedure for existing students

1. 01
   Step 1: Clearance phase

   Get your Clearance Advice Form from the Clearance Station. If you are cleared, proceed to the SRAA (Student Registration/Advising/Assessment) pro-forma workstation in the IT Lab. If your form indicates items that need to be attended to, proceed to the respective offices and obtain a written clearance. These offices may include the Cashier, Library, Laboratory, Security, Guidance, Clinic, Executive Offices or Academic Offices. Once you have cleared all indicated items and obtained proof of settlement from the respective offices, return to the clearance station to surrender proof of settlement and secure a clearance advice. Proceed to the IT laboratory.

2. 02
   Step 2: Pro-forma station or SRAA - IT Lab

   Proceed to a computer workstation after receiving your username and password. Log in with the username and default password given to you. Fill up all necessary information in the electronic registration form. Choose your subjects and class schedules and get an assessment of your fees. If you need help, request assistance from office staff. When done, get a hard copy of your registration and assessment forms. Proceed to the Cashier.

3. 03
   Step 3: Cashier

   At the Cashier, pay the fee based on the assessment form. Get a copy of the electronic pro-forma and the machine-validated receipt. Proceed to the Registrar.

4. 04
   Step 4: Registrar

   Sign your official registration copy. You are officially enrolled. Get your file copy of the registration form.
