These qualities are essential for the comprehensive development of a 21st-century leader, prepared to address emerging and evolving threats.
The Character program aims to impart a solid moral and ethical foundation in each cadet while guiding them to develop a personal understanding of the five graduate roles expected of a PMA graduate and an officer.
The Academic program offers a dynamic and integrated undergraduate curriculum designed to cultivate broad well-rounded mindset that serves as a cohesive force for strategic leadership. By seamlessly integrating core courses with service-specific courses, the academic program fosters an ethic of discipline, excellence, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards.
The Military program develops cadets for the five graduate roles by equipping them with the competencies necessary for effective task accomplishment through a structured military environment, military science instruction, and targeted training activities. The program offers military science courses that cultivate the values, attitudes, and competencies required for each graduate role.
Physical development program focuses on a progressive education and training experience that promotes physical fitness and sports proficiency by enhancing individual and unit fitness, health-related fitness, and motor-skill-related fitness. The program also cultivates a positive attitude toward athletic awareness and lifelong physical well-being among cadets.
