The official seal of the Municipality of Baler is a circular seal. The outer ring is red with white text that reads BAYAN NG BALER on the upper portion and AURORA on the lower portion. Inside the seal is a full-color illustration showing Baler Bay, a surfer, boats, sunrise over the sea, coconut trees, a cliff, rice fields with a carabao, Museo de Baler, municipal buildings including the church and Museo, and a statue of Manuel L. Quezon. The inner illustration is bordered in green.
