Pasay City is responsibly advancing the country's first truly sustainable Eco City, securing a future that is globally competitive and environmentally resilient. Designed through a transparent, multi-stakeholder process and guided by world-class urban planners Arup and AECOM, the project ensures compliant, future-ready development. The Eco City promotes a 15-minute urban model with walkability, cycling networks, public transport including the country's first monorail, and 110 hectares of integrated green infrastructure. With net-positive environmental impact, Manila Bay rehabilitation efforts, and revenues dedicated to social services and environmental programs, Pasay is building a sustainable and inclusive local economy.
