How the portal transaction works
Follow these steps in the LTMS portal. Steps alternate between actions you do as the client and actions LTO does.
- 01Start: walk-in or online
If walk-in: LTO will enroll client and link certificates. If online: proceed to enroll using the public portal.
Client / LTO - 02Enroll using public portal and select transaction
Choose the license transaction you need in the portal.
Client - 03Evaluate submitted requirements and verify
Check the uploaded documents and confirm they are complete and valid.
LTO - 04Upload requirements and select date, time, and venue
Choose appointment date, time, and venue when you upload.
Client - 05Select mode of payment and pay
Pay through the selected payment channel.
Client - 06Capture biometrics and verify client
Go to the LTO office for biometrics capture and identity verification.
