This notice is specific to the contents of the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS) website, which is owned and operated by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) of the Republic of the Philippines. It is provided as a service to both Filipino and foreign persons that will transact with the LTO for vehicle registration, driver's license application or renewal, or settling traffic rule violations ("Services").
