Ang Revised Guidelines on Promotion, Probation and Graduation of PSHS Students, na inaprubahan ng PSHS System Board of Trustees noong May 9, 2003, ay binago upang higit na matiyak ang de-kalidad na mga pamantayan sa pag-evaluate at pag-assess sa performance ng mga estudyante. Ang mga pagbabago ay magiging hakbang din upang higit na pag-isahin ang mga academic standard sa lahat ng campus ng PSHS sa buong bansa at palalimin ang pag-unawa ng mga estudyante sa mga patakaran at regulasyon na namamahala sa status ng kanilang scholarship.

I. Rationale

The Revised Guidelines on Promotion, Probation and Graduation of PSHS Students, which was approved by the PSHS System Board of Trustees on May 9, 2003, is hereby amended to better ensure quality standards in evaluating and assessing student performance. The amendments shall also be a step to further harmonize the academic standards throughout the PSHS campuses nationwide and foster a greater understanding by the students of the rules and regulations governing their scholarship status.
